Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dread Cycles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 365 days of purchase for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at dreadcycles@gmail.com for further information.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Affix the shipping label provided by our customer service team to the package and write the RAN on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to the address provided.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling fees, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
